Oil on Water

Measurement results correlate with the proportion of oil-covered surface in the area of the scanning field.

Our oil on water monitors detect even small oil contaminations on water surfaces. Oil films less than 0.005mm thick can be detected without problems.

Two different monitoring methods are used for the non-contact detection of oil layers.

Oil in Water / Oil in Condensate

Our oil-in-water monitors are designed to detect low levels of oil contamination in water. They are installed directly in piping systems or in the bypass. The devices use different measuring methods for oil detection.

All systems are easy to maintain, insensitive to coatings and contamination. This ensures low-maintenance long-term operation.

UV- / VIS- / NIR- Photometer


Our dual wavelength process photometers detect Color- or UV- absorbing substances (UV/Vis photometry). The sensors will be installed directly into the process pipe.

Scattered light- Turbidity meter

The scattered light method is used for turbidimeters in a measuring range from approx. 0-1ppm up to 0-1000ppm.
However, this specification can vary greatly depending on the application and the product to be measured.
In scattered light measurement, a distinction is made between forward scattering, sideways scattering (nephelometry) and reflection.
